Caltech India is the manufacturer and supplier of CES 571 Paint Film Impact Tester. This is a simple, economical and practical paint film impactor, suitable for coatings on tinplate with a thickness of less than 0.3mm or thin steel plates with a thickness of less than 0.55mm. It is designed according to GB/T 1732, and includes a specially oxidized aluminum conduit with scale (never rusts or fades), a punch with a diameter of 8mm, a 1KG heavy hammer and a base. The punch is designed with a special process and will not fall off even under high-intensity use frequency. It is also known as Paint Film Impactor. Mainly used to test the degree of damage to paint films after impact, with a simple structure and convenient operation. Drop a fixed weight heavy hammer at a certain height onto the test plate of the impact coated sample to be tested.
