Caltech India offers Xenon Test Chamber. BGD 862 Xenon Test Chamber is multi-function big xenon light accelerated weathering testers which are equipped with one piece high power （4.5KW or 6.5KW）water-cooling xenon lamp, their exposure area arrive 6,500cm2.
Functions and Characters:
- Equipped with ATLAS xenon arc lamp , filter and components, ensure to get high and same running parameters. Test results have a good reliability and repeatability comparing with import machines.
- Touch screen and user-friendly operation interface allow handlers set the test parameters and monitor all the test process easily.
- Rotating sample rack maximizes exposure uniformity over all specimens
- Automatic control system to irradiance energy for Narrow band （340 nm or 420 nm） or broad band （300~400nm）is selectable, and have real-time monitoring and showing functions. Can meet many globe test requirements.
- Controlled irradiance：Up to 2-sun levels for higher acceleration based on your test requirements
- Irradiance can be controlled and adjusted, and have a good stability.
- Sample temperature, black panel temperature（BPT）and black standard temperature（BST）can be real-time monitored, controlled. Have a good stability and repeatability during the whole test.
- Control both air temperature and sample surface temperature （BPT and BST）
- Adjustable and controllable relative humidity, can meet the rigorous test methods
- Real-time data can be collected and recorded. The incidental USB connector allow users to copy the test data into a USB drive, achieving unattended operation.
- Can select TCP/IP Ethernet interface, the user can tele-control the machine through TCP/IP internet.
- The test procedures can be programmed freely; and up to 16 predetermined procedures can be saved in one time. Every procedure includes up to 10 segments setting data.
- Control temperature more precisely through air door, avoiding effect accuracy and repeatability of test result because of the relative humidity and laboratory variability.
- Equipment for producing deionized water is selectable. With high purity water, operator can get a more reliable testing result，Chamber has alarm function for monitoring water.
